Arizona SLP Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Arizona SLP license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Arizona Department of Education Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate required.
  • Fingerprint clearance card required.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is a plus.
