Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering purposeful therapy sessions to close gaps in communication and academic skills for elementary-grade students.
• Follow treatment protocols prescribed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Monitor and track therapy progress, providing regular updates to the supervising SLP.
• Foster a positive, engaging environment that encourages active participation from young learners.
• Ensure that all IEP goals are implemented effectively and efficiently.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in communicative sciences and disorders or speech-language pathology/audiology.
• Texas SLPA License/Certification from ASH.
• Previous experience working with students in an educational setting, particularly elementary grades, is strongly preferred.
