Elementary Special Education Teacher

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional to join a school in Auburn, WA. This full-time position involves supporting kindergarten and first-grade students with moderate to severe disabilities, including providing 1-on-1 assistance as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist students with moderate to severe disabilities in the classroom.
• Provide 1-on-1 support for students as outlined in their individual education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement instructional and behavioral strategies.
• Support students’ participation in daily classroom activities and routines.
• Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a classroom setting.
• Valid paraprofessional certificate.
• Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation:

• Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401K
• Pay $35/Hr. + (Depends on experience)
