Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: In-Person, Virginia (VA)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Elementary and Secondary Students

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide essential support to students in an educational setting. This is a full-time, in-person role serving elementary and secondary school students.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess students with speech, language, and communication challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in alignment with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SLP license in the state of Virginia (VA).
• Prior experience working with elementary and secondary school students is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistants) are not eligible for this role.
