Position: Paraprofessional
Location: Peculiar, MO (15 minute drive from Belton, MO)
Dates: ASAP - May 23, 2025
Hours: 35 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $22+

Caseload Options:

• Elementary Autism Classroom
• High School Functional Skills Classroom

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in classroom settings, fostering academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement individualized learning plans and classroom strategies.
• Assist in classroom management and maintain a supportive learning environment.
• Engage with students one-on-one or in small groups to support their unique needs.
• Monitor and document student progress to ensure educational goals are met.

Requirements:

• Active Substitute Teacher Certificate or ParaPro Assessment Passed
• If neither is available, 60 college credit hours are required.
