EOSY 22/23 Elementary School SPED Teacher in Athens, GA

We are looking to hire on an experienced Special Education Teacher (SPED) to work a fulltime onsite contract position for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year  - in the Athens, GA area. 

The hired SPED teacher will be working fully onsite with K-5th grade (elementary school) students, for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri); guaranteed hours and no overtime. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Education, a Master's Degree or Doctoral degree in Special Education or Teaching Students with Special Needs
• Prior experience working with K-8 students
• Active Special Education Georgia teaching license
• Active Elementary Education certification
• Active SPED General Curriculum certification
