Job Title: Emotional Support Interventionist
Location: Schnecksville, PA
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and intense support to students, focusing on helping them respond to their daily environment
  • Emphasize understanding a child's current needs, functions, and support systems in relation to social-emotional learning
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement strategies promoting positive behavioral and emotional growth
  • Support students in developing essential social skills and emotional regulation techniques

Qualifications:

  • BA degree in Juvenile Justice, Social Behavior, or related field preferred
  • Associates Degree accepted with a minimum of 1 year (preferably 3 years) of experience in related fields
  • Strong understanding of social-emotional learning and interventions
  • Compassionate and patient approach to supporting students' emotional needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Local and State Requirements:
