We’re seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician to join for a school near Columbine, CO for the remainder of 2025 school year and make a difference!
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record client behavior data.
• Assist in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Follow protocols to manage challenging behaviors.
• Maintain a safe, supportive therapy environment.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding client progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Support clients in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred but not required).
