   We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker for a school near Boston, MAI!. The ideal candidate will support students' social, emotional, and academic development, helping them navigate personal and social challenges that may impact their school experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Assessments: Evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
Provide Counseling and Support: Offer emotional and psychological support through individual and group sessions.
Manage Cases: Coordinate care by working with clients, families, and other professionals; monitor progress and update plans as needed.
Advocate for Clients: Ensure clients have access to necessary resources and services; make referrals as needed.
Crisis Intervention: Respond to emergencies and provide immediate support.
Community Engagement: Conduct outreach and educational activities to promote social well-being.
Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
Collaborate with Professionals: Work with healthcare providers, educators, and other social workers to deliver comprehensive support.

Qualifications:
Licensed School Social Worker
Experience working in a school preferred
