Blazer Jobs is actively seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fill a full-time contract position in a school-based setting in Rutledge, TN.

Requirements for BCBA:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Licensure or certification as required by the state of Tennessee


  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with challenging behaviors
  • Provide training and support to school staff, including teachers and paraprofessionals, on implementing behavior intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with the school's multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students receiving behavioral services
  • Collect and analyze data on student behavior to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions
  • Conduct parent training sessions and provide support to families on implementing behavior management techniques at home
