Experienced Paraprofessional Needed for K-12 School District

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking an experienced paraprofessional to join a dedicated team supporting students in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, school-based position providing essential assistance to special education students.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma and a valid paraprofessional certification or
• 48 college credits or an associate’s or bachelor’s degree
• At least one year of special education paraprofessional experience in a school setting
• Must attend an in-person interview at the main office in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Support students with classroom tasks and reinforce lesson plans
• Monitor student behavior and ensure a safe learning environment
• Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and support staff
