Experienced Paraprofessionals Needed: Full-Time Job Open Now - Holland, OH

Blazer Jobs is currently seeking experienced Paraprofessionals to join our team for an exciting role within school districts in Holland, OH. We are actively interviewing dedicated individuals who are passionate about supporting students in an educational setting. Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom activities and provide support to students with special needs.
• Supervise students during non-instructional times, including lunch and recess.
• Help in maintaining a safe and productive classroom environment.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with academic tasks, social development, and classroom routines.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other educational staff to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and other learning plans.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, preparing instructional materials, and maintaining records as needed.

Requirements:

• Must meet all local and state requirements to work as a Paraprofessional in Ohio.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful completion of the Ohio Paraprofessional Assessment or possession of an associate degree (or higher) from an accredited institution.
• Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Must pass a background check and meet any other state-mandated qualifications for school-based employment.
