Experienced Speech Language Pathologist Needed in Daly City, CA for 23-24 School Year

Blazerworks, in collaboration with the local school district, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Daly City, CA. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs in the educational environment.
• Monitor students' progress, document therapy sessions, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to teachers and staff regarding communication goals and strategies.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in California.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help children succeed.
