Blazerworks, in collaboration with the local school district, is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist to join our team in Sheldon, TX. As a leader in educational support services, Blazerworks is committed to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA strategies and interventions to support the academic and behavioral success of students.
• Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Conduct assessments to identify areas of need and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one or small-group instruction as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• ABA certification or relevant experience in implementing ABA strategies.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet the individual needs of students.
