Full Time BCBA needed in Cupertino, CA

Blazerworks is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Cupertino, CA. The BCBA will work with students in the school district and provide services to students with disabilities.

The position is full time, up to 40 hours a week for the rest of the 22-23 school year with possibility of renewal for the 23-24 school year. The BCBA will work with a team of professionals to provide evidence-based interventions to students with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress
• Train and supervise staff on behavior interventions
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and behavior management techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
