Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience as a BCBA
• Must meet all federal and state requirements for licensing and certifications

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP)
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement effective behavior strategies
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
