Blazer Jobs is currently seeking Behavioral Support Aides for full-time opportunities with a school district in Birmingham, AL. This role involves providing 1:1 or small group behavioral support to elementary and middle school students in a structured educational setting.
Position Overview:
- Location: Birmingham, AL
- Hours: 35-37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: Working with elementary or middle school students in 1:1 or small group settings
Requirements:
- CPI Training (required)
- RBT Certification (active or inactive) OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with ABA experience
