Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Andover, Massachusetts
K-12 Caseload | Immediate Start | Contract Through June 2025
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- Active BCBA license
Position Details:
- Location: Onsite in Andover, MA
- Full-Time Hours: 35 hours per week
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Contract Duration: ASAP through June 18th, 2025 (remainder of the 2024-2025 school year)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide behavior management support and training to teachers and parents
- Collaborate with RBTs and school staff to develop and implement behavior plans, monitor progress, and ensure effective behavior interventions
- Offer classroom support in the absence of teachers to maintain consistent behavior management
