Responsibilities:
Behavioral Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate student behavior, identify strengths, and pinpoint areas needing improvement.
Individualized Behavior Plans: Develop and implement tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results to address challenging behaviors and promote positive alternatives.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and make informed decisions regarding interventions and adjustments.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure a unified approach to behavior management and intervention.
Staff Training: Provide training and guidance to school staff on effective behavior management strategies and techniques.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly review and modify behavior plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and progress monitoring.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous and accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.
Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification.
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students displaying a range of behavioral needs.
  • Proficiency in behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to craft and execute effective behavior intervention plans.
