Itinerant, 3 locations (Elementary and Preschool)
Caseload Size: 49 (41 direct and 8 consult)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team for an onsite position in Kelso, Washington. The successful candidate will play a crucial role as an itinerant member, providing essential support to our students across three locations, including Elementary and Preschool settings.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
• Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Collaborate with school-based professionals to support student success
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational team members
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
• Valid and current license in the state of Washington
• Experience in a school-based setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations

Hourly Compensation: $32-$36 (Based on experience, caseload, credentials, and interview performance)
