Full Time Contract Role: Special Education Teacher

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Special Education Teachers for a full-time role with school districts in the Chandler, AZ area. We seek passionate educators committed to creating inclusive learning environments that foster academic and personal success for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
• Modify curriculum and teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress.
• Monitor and assess student performance, maintaining detailed and accurate records.
• Foster a supportive and positive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning.
• Provide guidance and support to paraprofessionals and other support staff in the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid state certification in Special Education.
• Previous experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
