Full Time Early Childhood Special Education Teacher Position - Kansas City, KS

Blazer Jobs is delighted to collaborate with a local school district in Kansas City, KS, and we are actively seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Special Education Teacher. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to make a positive impact on the early developmental stages of young learners.

Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction to young students with diverse learning needs in an early childhood education setting.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each child's unique requirements.
Collaborate with parents, support staff, and other educators to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Utilize developmentally appropriate teaching strategies and resources.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional plans as needed.

Qualifications:
Valid Kansas teaching certification in Special Education (Early Childhood endorsement is a plus).
Experience working with early childhood students in a special education setting.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
