Responsibilities:

• Performing screenings, such as vision, hearing, dental, and scoliosis
• Providing first aid and medication, as well as specialized medical treatments 
• Teaching health education to students, families, and school staff
• Developing individual care plans for students and monitoring their health care

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
• State LPN License/Certification in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a school setting required
• 2-3 references to be considered a candidate

Schedule:

• Start/End Dates: ASAP - End of School Year
• Hours: Full Time; 35 hours/week, Monday-Friday
• Caseload Details: Pediatric diabetes care, specifically, with operating omnipod and dexcom devices, insulin injections, etc.
• More details shared during virtual interview

Compensation:
