Full-Time LVN Opening in San Jose, CA

Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with the San Jose School District, is actively seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. This is a full-time position for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year, with the potential for renewal for summer school based on performance.

Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to students and staff as needed.
Administer medications and medical treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and assess the health needs of students.
Collaborate with school personnel to develop and implement health care plans.
Maintain accurate and confidential health records.

Qualifications:
Current California Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
