Social Worker Position in Saginaw, MI (20 Minutes South of Bay City, Michigan)
Job Details:

• Position: Social Worker
• Location: Saginaw, Michigan (20 minutes South of Bay City)
• Hours: Full-Time, 37+ hours per week
• Start Date: Immediate start throughout the entirety of the 2023/2024 school year (End date: June 7, 2024)
• Openings: 1 part-time opening and 1 full-time opening
• Licensure: Will accept a Master of Social Work (MSW) if the candidate is enrolled in a School Social Work (SSW) approval program
• Work Setting: Onsite position
• Interview: Conducted via Zoom
• Hourly Rate: Between $38-$47 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated Social Workers to join our team in Saginaw, Michigan, located just 20 minutes South of Bay City. As a Social Worker, you will play a critical role in providing support and resources to students and their families to help them navigate social and emotional challenges. This is a fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students during the 2023/2024 school year.
Qualifications:

• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree
• If a candidate is not yet approved as a School Social Worker (SSW), they must be enrolled in an SSW approval program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide counseling and support to students and families
• Commitment to creating a safe and supportive school environment
