Responsibilities:

As a Para Professional, you will work closely with students, teachers, and administrators to provide valuable support within the classroom. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson plans.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborating with the school community to support student success.
• Maintaining open communication with teachers, staff, and parents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience working in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for helping students succeed.
