Position Overview: As a Para Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational experience of students within the school district. You will work collaboratively with educators, providing assistance in and out of the classroom to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing instructional plans
• Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with educators to address individual student needs
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Passion for working with students and supporting their educational journey
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff
