Position Overview: As a Para Professional at Blazerworks, you will play a crucial role in supporting students and educators in their quest for academic success. This position involves working closely with teachers and students to provide assistance in and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom activities and instructional support.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by the teacher.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other school personnel to support student needs.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in an educational setting is preferred.
