Full Time Paraprofessional Contract

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Paraprofessionals for a full-time role with school districts in the Warrenville, IL area. We are seeking committed individuals who are dedicated to supporting students and enhancing their educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students in the classroom.
• Assist teachers with lesson implementation, classroom management, and student supervision.
• Support students with special needs by helping with daily activities and ensuring they receive appropriate accommodations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and development.
• Help manage classroom behavior and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' academic and behavioral goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some districts may require specific paraprofessional certification).
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support the educational goals of the classroom.
