Full Time Paraprofessional Job

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our partner school district in Salem, OR for the upcoming school year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom and instructional support to students with special needs
• Assist the teacher in implementing lesson plans and behavior support strategies
• Work 1:1 or with small groups to reinforce learning objectives
• Support students with personal care needs as necessary
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students in a school setting
• Ability to follow individualized education plans (IEPs) and teacher directives
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
