Full Time Paraprofessional Needed - School Based Role
Blazer Jobs is looking for an experienced paraprofessional for a full-time role in Kingston, New Hampshire. This position requires working closely with students in need of additional academic and behavioral support.
Job Requirements:
- Prior paraprofessional experience in a school setting (preferred)
- Strong ability to assist students with individualized learning needs
- Effective communication and classroom management skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and behavioral strategies
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators
