Position Overview: As a Physical Therapist with Blazerworks, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of students by providing quality physical therapy services. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois state license in Physical Therapy.
• Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
