Responsibilities: As an RBT at Blazerworks, you will:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Work one-on-one with children to provide individualized support.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications:

• RBT Certification: Must hold a valid RBT certification.
• Passion: A strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
