Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) ($35.00 hr)

Blazerworks, in partnership with the local school district, is currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Kent, WA. As a leading provider of behavioral health services, Blazerworks is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Provide direct, one-on-one behavior therapy to individuals in various settings
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid RBT certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism or related disorders preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow and implement behavior plans
