Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Full Time

Blazerworks, in partnership with the local school district, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Wheaton, IL. This is a full-time position offering competitive wages, company benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Position Overview:

As an RBT at Blazerworks, you will work directly with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities, providing essential support and implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will be instrumental in helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals.
• Collect data on individual progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
