Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Exeter, NH. As an RBT at Blazerworks, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support students in achieving their educational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect and record data on student behavior during sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support strategies.
• Provide direct support to students in a one-on-one or small group setting.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to the well-being of students.
