Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Work directly with students to teach and reinforce positive behaviors.
  • Collect and record behavior data to track progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' social and behavioral success.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow and implement behavior plans.
  • Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of students.
