Full-Time RBT Position in Emmaus, PA

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified professional
  • Provide direct one-on-one and small group behavior intervention services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
  • Collect data on student behavior and progress towards individualized goals using a variety of data collection methods
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BSPs) in collaboration with the special education team
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote the generalization of skills across settings and ensure consistency in implementation of behavior support strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, interventions implemented, and data collected
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and behavior goals


  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field required
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities preferred
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to supporting the success and well-being of students with disabilities
