Role Description: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Blazer Jobs, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collecting and analyzing behavioral data, and providing direct, one-on-one support to clients. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive behavior change and enhance the quality of life for those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as prescribed by BCBAs.
• Collect and record behavioral data during sessions.
• Provide direct, one-on-one support to individuals in various settings.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress.

Requirements:

• Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed.
