Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2023-2024 School Year near Raytown, MO. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans, and working closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans as developed by BCBAs.
  • Collect and record data on student progress.
  • Provide one-on-one and group instruction to students.
  • Assist in the assessment and evaluation of students' skills and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and other professionals to develop and adapt individualized programs.
  • Participate in team meetings to review and discuss student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid RBT certification.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
