Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support students with behavioral challenges.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals.
• Collect and record data to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to behavior management.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
