Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism or other developmental disorders.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current RBT certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow and implement behavior intervention plans.
