Full Time Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Contract Job

Blazer Jobs has teamed up with a school district in Plaistow, NH, to seek out a passionate and committed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role calls for a professional dedicated to enhancing the lives of students, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA to promote positive behaviors.
• Collect data on student performance and behavior.
• Assist in conducting functional assessments and behavior evaluations.
• Support students in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Utilize behavior modification techniques and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Communicate regularly with BCBAs regarding student progress.
• Attend required training and development sessions.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, but a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Valid RBT credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain patience and professionalism when working with challenging behaviors.
• Prior experience in an educational or clinical setting is beneficial.
