Full-Time RN/LPN Position - Boston, MA
Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with the Boston school district to offer an exciting opportunity for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the current school year.

Position Details:

• Location: Onsite in Boston, MA
• Schedule: 32.5 hours per week
  • School Hours: 8:20 AM - 2:35 PM
• Caseload: 1:1 with a medically complex student

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for a student with a progressive degenerative disorder.
• Administer G-tube feeding and medication through the tube.
• Monitor and manage multiple seizures.
• Assess and report the student’s neurological status confidently and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with the parent and school regarding the student’s medical status.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Active RN and/or LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Experience: Strong school-based nursing background with experience managing medically complex cases.
• Comfortable managing the detailed care needs of the student.
• Ability to complete CORI and fingerprinting.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
• Must provide reliable references.

Additional Details:
