Full Time School-Based BCBA Opportunity

Blazer Jobs is looking for an experienced BCBA to join a school district in Highland Park, Illinois. This full-time position is a fantastic opportunity for a professional committed to improving student outcomes through applied behavior analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven intervention plans.
• Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families and school staff to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute expertise.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Illinois state licensure, if applicable.
• At least one year of experience in school or similar environments.
