Blazer Jobs is looking for an experienced BCBA to join a school district in Highland Park, Illinois. This full-time position is a fantastic opportunity for a professional committed to improving student outcomes through applied behavior analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven intervention plans.
- Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate with families and school staff to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies.
- Monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute expertise.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Illinois state licensure, if applicable.
- At least one year of experience in school or similar environments.
