Full Time-School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)- Crestline, CA

We are seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services for a K-12 caseload in Crestline, CA. This position focuses on supporting students with developmental, sensory, and motor challenges that impact their ability to succeed in the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom setting.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve students’ fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluations, progress reports, and IEP-related records.
• Educate school staff on strategies to support students with occupational therapy needs.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active California OT license.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of IEPs, 504 plans, and special education services.
