Full Time School Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Job

Blazer Jobs is now hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide specialized services in a school-based setting in San Francisco, CA. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and create individualized treatment plans for students with disabilities.
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services, focusing on improving fine motor and adaptive skills.
• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to ensure seamless integration of therapy into educational plans.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• California Occupational Therapist License required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pediatric or school-based setting.
• NBCOT certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of California school-based therapy requirements and IEP process.
