Location: Learning Center, Michigan (MI)
Employment Type: Full-Time (35 hours per week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Paraprofessionals to join our team at the Learning Center. This role involves providing support to students with special needs, fostering their development, and ensuring a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with academic, social, and emotional development under the direction of a teacher.
• Support students during daily activities, including transitions and classroom tasks.
• Provide personal care, including toileting and diapering, as required.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all students.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff members to meet student needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
• Must be comfortable performing toileting and diapering tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
