We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our educational team.
Responsibilities:
Assist the SLP in the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Conduct speech and language screenings without interpretation.
Provide direct therapy services to students according to the treatment plans developed by the SLP.
Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or a related field.
Current state licensure or certification as an SLPA.
Experience working with children in a school setting (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
