Blazerworks is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our partner school district in Keller, TX for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' educational and personal development while collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide training and support to teachers, staff, and families to implement behavior strategies effectively.
• Monitor and analyze student progress using data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and ethical guidelines related to behavior analysis.

Position Details:

• Location: Keller, TX
• Schedule: Full-time (Monday through Friday)
• Contract Period: 2024-2025 school year

Qualifications:
